I came across this article from Yahoo News. When the Supreme Court handed down its decision, I knew that the states were going to have to change their own laws if they wanted to protect the pivate property rights of their citizens. This article names some of them that have already had that protection in place as well as those that are considering doing the same. The article counts twenty-five states. I can only hope that Michigan is one of them. "You're either on the train, or you're on the tracks."*
*Just a pretty cool quote that I heard on the radio today regarding the latest scandal in Chicago.
