Here in the UK we had our own "Fundamentalists vs Lawmakers" event yesterday, when the former tried to get a law passed to make abortion over 24 weeks illegal.
They might have got more public sympathy if they hadn't screamed at anyone who tried to debate with them about sin and hellfire. And homosexuality of course - they ALWAYS mention manlove, even when it's completely irrelevant.
The members of parliament voted against the law, I suspect because, although they favour it in principle, they don't want to be seen to be influenced by screaming whackjobs.
Kraig and I will keep our eyes open for the elusive choco taco here in WA; however, Kraig says that you should check out Andy's grocery. He says that he used to buy them there.
