I woke up this morning to a box of powdered milk on the kitchen counter. It must've been bought last night along with the rest of the grocieries but I hadn't noticed it when I came in from work. I really, really hope that my parents are not planning to replace the regular milk with this crap. They've got to have something else in mind for it. (I hope.)

I think it sucks. And I say "think" because I can't recall if it was rice milk or soy milk that I've tried. It was way back when I was trying a diet for the Air Force. Whatever it was that I pulled out of the soy/rice milk cooler was the nastiest tasting crap I've ever tasted. Okay, that may be an exageration--I've tried plenty of crappy stuff but still...
If presented to me again, I'd probably give it another go. But, I don't think that I am going to go look for it on my next trip to the store.
I'll go a step further - soy milk does suck. My entire family was put on a non-dairy diet for a couple of years at one point, and we had soy milk instead. It tastes like a mixture of armpits and plaster-of-paris. Stay away...
^Uh... that's quite descriptive, John. Thanks. >__<
I dunno, I had some quality soy milk whilst at college. I think it was the Silk brand, and it was vanilla soy milk. I'd prefer real milk over it but I wouldn't relate it to armpits and plaster-of-paris 0o.
