Here is where I-94 meets the Indiana/Michigan border. With American roads, the States take care of the roads within their border. Here you can actually see the quality difference between Indiana I-94 and Michigan I-94. Indiana had recently repaved while Michigan is still cracked. Also note that in Indiana, their speed limit goes down to 65mph.
