In response: Ever since Yahoo! upgraded their accounts in the spring, Hotmail said it would do the same sometime in the fall. A guy that I know in Japan had his upgraded about a month before I did. I didn't what the hell they were doing. Mind was still at 2Mb! It was about time though.
