Are they fiber capsules in cookie disguise? 'Cause it sounds like it is meant to make you regular... or something.
You have a similar thing in the US but I can't remember what you call them. Maybe Graham crackers!?? I'm not sure. Yes just searched wikipedia and they are similar to Graham crackers. The chocolate ones are a more modern version.
