This is the Chamber of Commerce but used to be the old Library. I think, though, that the city keeps its records in this location.
This is the "new" library which is located about two blocks north by City Hall.

The ´´old`` one seems nicer for me.
It does doesn't it? Unfortunately, the old library is like 1/10 the size of the current one. Neoclassical buildings are more expensive than the... I don't know... I suppose it's post-modern... building that they eventually decided to erect.
