M&M's not for sale
M&M’s needs to get its act together. They have been sending us shipments of ruined product. Those white splotches you see here is blooming. The white film forms when chocolate is cooled down. In this case, it was caused when some idiot packed the ice packs directly onto the product. Normally, they put a buffer in between the ice packs and the M&M’s. The bloom is not harmful and it doesn’t affect the taste but we can’t sell it like that. If you were paying nine dollars per pound, would you want it?
